How to Certify your Photographic Identification

Note: The photographic ID copy must contain your name in full, your place of birth, date of birth and be certified by an appropriate person (colleague; Line Manager, Supervisor, Work Colleague or by a Notary (Doctor, Nurse, Solicitor for example) with the statements as detailed below:

Example:

• "I certify this to be a true copy of APPLICANTS NAME"
• Signed
• Name
• Company Name
• Company Address
• Position in Company
• Date

Please ensure the above information has been completed prior to uploading your Certified Photographic ID.

The photographic ID is to be a current, valid passport/National ID or ID Acceptable to AST and adequate with a minimum requirement of a clear photographic image and pre-printed name written in English.
