AST Student Experience

AST offers a well-managed ratio of Instructors to Students to ensure that each student receives the personal attention they may require.

  • In the classroom, this equates to a Student to Instructor ratio of 15 to 1.
  • For Flight training, the ratio is just 2 to 1.

All ground training is provided in comfortable, IT-enabled classrooms.

Both Engineering and Flight students have access to an exemplary range of training equipment in the recently opened Hangar 4 facility. These encompass a range of complete aircraft as well as hands-on and interactive displays of aircraft equipment and parts.
